Order Process

Orders are handled on a business-to-business, quotation basis:

• Submit an inquiry with the compound, CAS number and required quantity
• We confirm availability, documentation and specifications
• We issue a formal quotation
• Supply proceeds once the quotation is accepted

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods for confirmed business orders:

• Bank transfer (T/T)
• Cryptocurrency, where agreed in advance

Payment instructions are provided on the applicable invoice. We do not accept card payments directly through this website.

Shipping

• Shipping terms and Incoterms are specified in each quotation.
• Products are packed appropriately for their form and transport conditions.
• Tracking information is provided where available.
• Import clearance, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Documentation

Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) and related documents are provided with supply, upon request.
