Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all quotations, orders and supplies of products by NorthPeak Bio, the pharmaceutical raw materials supply division of Kyoto Baicaosong Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute Co., Limited ("the Company", "we", "us").
1. Business-to-Business Only
All products are supplied exclusively to businesses, research institutions and industrial customers. We do not sell to individual consumers. By submitting an inquiry or order, you confirm that you represent a commercial or institutional buyer.
2. Intended Use
All products supplied by the Company are intended for research, laboratory and industrial use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any form of consumption. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that use of the products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination jurisdiction.
3. Quotation and Orders
No prices are published on this website. All supply is quotation-based. An order is only confirmed once the Company issues a quotation and the buyer accepts it in writing. Availability, specifications and documentation are confirmed at the time of quotation.
4. Documentation
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering identity, purity and key parameters is available for supplied batches upon request. Documentation is provided for the specific batch supplied.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods for business orders include bank transfer (T/T) and, where agreed, cryptocurrency. Payment terms are set out in the applicable quotation or invoice.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms, lead times and Incoterms are specified in the applicable quotation. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable duties or taxes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability in connection with any supply is limited to the value of the products supplied. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
